Returns and Exchanges

At HAMMOCK DUO™, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We accept returns on all unused and undamaged products. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your hammock for a different color or style, we are happy to assist you. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange. To do so, please contact our customer support team, and they will provide you with further instructions.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange policy criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you as soon as possible. Please note that any price differences between the original and exchanged items will be handled separately.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

In order to qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  2. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  3. The return or exchange must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
